Problem: Why are sports fans leave sports game?

Results: Viewers are leaving games to view stats, key plays, and scores for teams outside of the game they're watching.
Solution: Offer Stats, key plays, and scores in the video player. Subsequent research followed to determine ideal placement, type of stats, ideal for sports viewers
Validated by analytics: Conversion/engagement levels increased by 25.8%.
Problem: Why is there higher returns for 3D rendered images for sneakers?
Role: Lead researcher
Research Design: Interviews and analytic data.
Where: Under Armour
KPI's: Conversion

Results: 3D rendered imagery are not an accurate reflection of the real shoe, leading to decreased rating, higher return rate, and decreased customer satisfaction.
Solution: Use real images for sneakers!
Validated by analytics: After real images for all sneakers was implemented, customer ratings increased for footwear and returns decreased.
